Evaluation of the performance of the 3 Innovation Centres in Cornwall: Pool Innovation Centre (PIC) - Pool; Tremough Innovation Centre (TIC) - Penryn; Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre (HWIC) - Truro. The successful contractor will be required to undertake 2 separate evaluations - Annual Survey 2017 - Jan - Mar 2018 and Annual Survey 2018 - Jan - Mar 2019.
