The key outputs are to carry out an examination under paragraph 7 of Schedule 4B of the 1990 Act (As applied by section 38A of the 2004 Act), either as a written representation examination or a more formal hearing depending on the level and complexity of comments received under the regulation 16 consultation.

To provide the Council with an examiners report as per paragraph 10 of Schedule 4B to the 1990 Act (Applied by section 38 A(3) of the 2004 Act).

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
