***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the New Behavioural Insights DPS Brief Description of Requirement This research will test different low-interest loan offers with homeowners, for home upgrades such as solar panels and heat pumps. It will produce behavioural evidence on how consumers respond to different loan features and designs and their likelihood and potential pace of taking action. It will also explore homeowners' attitudes towards plug-in solar.
