This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the GCA RM6126 Research & Insights DPS.

Brief Description of Requirement The Committee on Fuel Poverty (CFP) is an independent advisory body with an annual research budget of £120k, which DESNZ helps to facilitate and manage. The team is currently at the scoping stage of the Committee on Fuel Poverty (CFP)'s 2026/27 research project. The CFP have decided to undertake a two-year programme of research. This would mean procuring a project that spans both FY 2026/27 and FY 2027/28, with the contractor being funded from two separate financial year budgets.
