Employer of Choice

Home Group is currently reviewing its full resourcing and recruitment process and activity following the introduction of e-recruitment via Taleo. The overall intention is to streamline and simplify processes and to increase external presence, including social media, to further aid attraction and retention.

External support, specialised in marketing related to employer brand, is being sought to support the development of Home Groups ‘Employer of Choice’ concepts. This work will allow Home to Group to effectively communicate and engage with potential and existing employees about our employer value proposition in an innovative, digital first manner.
