Description
As part of its planned maintenance programme for 2017/18, Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out the supply and fit of Bathrooms in up to 150 properties. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd (NEP) is managing this procurement on behalf of YHN.
