Excel and VBA support in preparing the April 2021 template

The Supplier shall provide the following services to Ofwat: Excel and VBA support in the creation, and testing, of the Annual Performance Review (APR) 2021 Excel based data collection template. This includes; 1. Building data tables in Excel based on the data collection requirements of the APR 2021 process, these requirements will be defined by Ofwat; 2. Populating data tables with the required formulas. The formulas will be defined, and reviewed, by Ofwat; 3. Where applicable, implementing data validation rules e.g. enforcing data types, or ensuring answers are consistent across data tables; 4. Where applicable, protecting sheets and ranges to reduce the end user's ability to edit the format of the data tables. Ofwat will be provided with any passwords used to protect the template; 5. Creating a worksheet that pulls data from the underlying tables. This worksheet, referred to as an F Output by Ofwat, is the mechanism used to push data into Ofwat's SQLDatabase 'Fountain'; 6. Complete data upload test runs to ensure the F-output worksheet is compatible with Fountain
