GB-Shrewsbury: ST&R 03 - Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing - The Design, Construction and Completion of a Residential Development at Racecourse Crescent, Shrewsbury

NOTE: This notice was updated on 18 May 2022 for the following reason: Please note, the deadline for this opportunity has been extended to noon 27th June 2022(Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing Limited (STAR) are developing a site known as Racecourse Crescent, Former Shrewsbury Training Centre, Shrewsbury, SY2 5BP. The proposed works comprise design and construction and completion of a residential development of 13 No. units, for rent and shared ownership along with associated external works and infrastructure work. The Form of Contract will be the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016, together with STAR's required Schedule of Amendments.

Design Lead-in / Tech Approvals to be completed by August 2022 - October 2022, Start on Site to be October 2022 and Construction Completion by November 2023.
