Provision of S&M of Kodak Scanning and Retrieval Equipment

Description

AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR:- This procurement aims to acquire a support and maintenance (to include parts) contract for the Kodak equipment which is located in DVLA, Swansea. This equipment and associated software, is critical to DVLA accessing historic driver and vehicle records and being able to scan oversized or delicate documents. The retrieval equipment is used by the Micrographics department which provides a business critical service to all areas of the Agency and the Police by facilitating access to historic driver and vehicle records. Scanning equipment is used by input teams throughout the Agency.
