Non-HRA Property Valuation 2019-20

Folkestone & Hythe District Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier to provide a property valuation service to the council for its non-housing property assets including those it manages as a trustee of a the Folkestone Parks and Pleasure Grounds Charity.

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 9 December 2019 and will continue for a period of 4 months unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
