Consultancy Service to Undertake Bromley Local Plan Viability Study

The study will be composed of two parts. Firstly, a brief initial assessment of current market activity, determining the key characteristic of development typologies across the borough and their relevant ability to deliver existing local, regional and national policy priorities. Secondly, a comprehensive assessment to test a range of development typologies (as supplied by the council) against proposed local plan policies to determine the viability of the plan.
