WP1909- Alarm aggregation and dispatching service - Pagerduty

An alarm aggregation and dispatching service is used by administrators and support teams to collect alerts from monitoring tools on services resulting from business impacting incidents. It gives an overall view of monitoring alarms, and alerts to on-duty engineers if there's a problem. It manages on-call rotas, scheduling and alert escalations.
