Financial Consultancy Month End Review

The requirement is for consultancy services to undertake a review of our financial month end close and reporting process. The current process is resource intensive, reliant on a number of manual workarounds, hand-offs and is often beset with data errors and the need for correction and re-work. These issues result in a significant amount of non-value adding time in both the Management Accounting and Finance Business Partner Teams which would otherwise be spent producing insight and analysis.
