Criminal Justice Data Spine Delivery

A managed service is required to provide a dedicated team responsible for establishing a new cross-departmental programme of work. Initially the focus will be on getting programme management processes, products and governance up and running (as per milestones table) as well as considering a longer-term resourcing strategy for programme delivery. The creation of a business case for the Programme will also be a key task. It is likely that longer term the managed service will be part of a blended resource model, where some team members may be civil servants, contingent labour or from other managed services arrangements. This will be determined as the resourcing requirements develop as part of the programme delivery structure.
