Work description
Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the delivery of Catering and Hospitality Training for prisoners at HMP Huntercombe. The purpose is to help prisoners develop their employability skills within the catering industry and develop work experience in preparing food and serving customers. The course shall entail an element of customer service.
