Description
Award of a Call-Off Contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the training of prisoners in the Prison Bakery at HMP Brixton. In addition to Bakery training prisoners shall develop their employability skills to support finding employment in the catering and hospitality industry upon release from prison.
