General Builders / Contractor Support - Approved Contractor List (Boston)

Description

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking contractors to appoint to a General Builders and Contractor Support - Approved Contractor List, in the form of individual trades, specialist services (eg pest control, drainage) and contractors who can undertake all types of trades. This is to work at properties based in the Boston area. The anticipated timescales are detailed below: Issue of ITT 27 July 2018 Deadline for Questions or Clarifications 17 August 2018 at 5pm ITT Tender Submission Deadline 24 August 2018 at 12 noon Evaluation of Tenders By 31 August 2108 Approval for Contract Award By 31 August 2018 Start of Approved Contractor List 1 September 2018 End of Approved Contractor List 31 August 2020 Further details are included in the Invitation to Tender.
