Description

This report presents the details of the procurement process undertaken for the provision of Telephony Services for the Electoral Commission (EC) and seeks formal approval to award the contract to the recommended supplier. The objective of this procurement exercise was to secure a high-quality provider that aligns with the EC's requirements, while ensuring value for money and adherence to all applicable procurement regulations. A number of procurement routes were considered (refer to Section 3 for further information). After careful consideration, G-Cloud 14 was identified as the most appropriate procurement vehicle.
