Fleet Floral Displays 2018 - 2022

Description

To supply and maintain floral displays in and around Fleet, Hampshire for a five year period (2018-2022) with a possible two year extension. Floral Displays are located along the high street and underneath 'Welcome to Fleet' road signs. The maintenance period for displays is June - October each year. Maintenance includes watering, dead heading, weeding and replacing anything damaged. If you intend to submit a bid could you please send an email to charlotte.benham@fleet-tc.gov.uk confirming this. Additional information: Questions asked 17.08.17 1. How many tiers are the flower towers? Prefer one tower with no tiers. 2. Do the barriers baskets have to be the size specified on tender specifications or can they be slightly larger? Ideally measurements as specified on tender. If not then please specify size on bid form. 3. Are the hanging baskets hanging from brackets on either side of the lamppost or do they wrap around/circle the lamppost? The baskets hang from brackets on either side of the lamppost. 4. What size are baskets to go under welcome to fleet signs? Depends of size and location of sign. Displays should be no smaller than 600mm in diameter. 5. Does Fleet Town Council have their own hanging brackets on lampposts or do they need providing? No, brackets for the hanging baskets must be provided.
