Roofing replacement works 2017/18

Description

Removal of existing roof coverings, including felt and batterns; replacement with new coverings; including all scaffolding and associated works. Anticipated works to approx 180 domestic dwellings with Derwentside geographical area. Additional information: Contractors expressing an interest will be short listed taking into account resource availability, locality, environmental and social responsibility.
