Site survey and inspection, removal of existing and installation of new fencing, replacement of concrete paths and other associated works as may be required. Applicants should note that Karbon Homes Ltd are likely be issuing two phases of these works, each with an approximate value of £300k. Contractors who respond to this expression of interest shall be considered for both projects unless stated otherwise by the applicant. Additional information: Contractors expressing an interest will be short listed taking into account resource availability, locality, environmental and social responsibility.
