For the Provision of a a multi-disciplinary design team for the development of Malvern Technology Centre

This appointment is for a multi-disciplinary design team for Concept Design, Engineering and support the development of Malvern Technology Centre (4.5ha) 'employment site'. The initial package of work will include masterplan and concept design of development plots including supporting technical work on ground engineering, structural and plot level landscaping, service infrastructure and delivery of vehicle and non-vehicular movement through the site. This work will support reserve matters planning work. Worcestershire County Council are seeking the ability to extend this work to package two that will include detailed deliver on site including the ability to design through planning a construction design and monitoring construction one or more individual buildings.
