VOA NDDR PMO Support Services

VOA is seeking to appoint a supplier to support and improve the NDR reforms programme discipline, set-up documentation and standard PPM artefacts in good time for a re-review in 12 x weeks.

The Supplier will be expected to:

• Support VOA action plan / development of the Strategic Business Case as needed. • Develop / strengthen the key programme artefacts need as a GMPP programme. • Develop an effective approach to skills transfer and effect that transfer as VOA on board the Civil Service team - Head of PMO and PMO manager. • Provide coaching and support to the current small team undertaking PMO duties. • Develop a clear programme vision in the form of a rich picture
