23COR008 - Governance Review

Consultancy services to conduct a review of the governance of the Fund and deliver recommendations regarding changes or improvements required.

The review of the Fund's governance will look into the Board, its composition, structure, skills, role and remit, how it conducts its business and its development. This will be mirrored in an in-depth review of the committees of the Board and relevant panels.

The review will take place within the context of a wider strategy renewal and organisational transformation process and will focus on Board and non-executive structures to develop a shared understanding of governance that reflects best practice and add greatest value to the organisation's new operating model.
