Gerald Eve LLP have been appointed by Bloom Procurement Services Ltd on behalf of The Mayor And Commonality and Citizens of The City Of London (referred to as "The Authority") to prepare a report in accordance with the terms of RICS Valuation - Global Standards 2020 updated January 2022, and the national standards and guidance set out in the UK national supplement (November 2018 edition) (collectively the "standards") published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
