Work description
The University has appointed a contractor for the Refurbishment of 20 Furnival Street, City Campus.
The University's standing order states "The ordering of goods and services shall be in accordance with the University's purchasing policies. Over £50,000 all items will require a competitive tendering process (unless the purchase is made from an appropriately contracted supplier)".
The University approached 4 contractors to submit a quotation for carrying out these works (call off via further competition from the YORBuild2 Framework Agreement )
