Estates Facilities Management software and support package

NHS Digital is required to provide regular detailed data to The Department of Health with regard to a number of areas of estates and facilities management and performance. Data is gathered and collated through an online Estates Facilities Management (EFM) tool accessed via an online portal. The data is then available for publication through a separate website, currently the Hospitals Estates and Facilities Statistics (HEFS). www.hefs.hscic.gov.uk. The EFM tool is accessed by both mobile and non-mobile application. NHS Trusts and other healthcare providers are the primary inputters of data and the HEFS website is available to the public. A new EFM tool, portal service and HEFS website is to be procured to replace the existing facility which has been in operation for a number of years.
