15-17 Eldon Street & 6 Broad Street Place Main Works (PCSA Award)

Located in the City of London, 15-17 Eldon Street (ES) works are a category A refurbishment and four-storey rooftop extension of a commercial building, with retail space at ground, plant areas at lower ground floor and office space to all upper floors. The adjacent building, 1-6 Broad Street Place (BSP) is a commercial building comprising retail space at ground and lower ground floor and office space to all upper floors. The proposed works include category A refurbishment and a one storey rooftop extension with terrace space at roof level. The works across the two adjacent buildings are planned to be undertaken at the same time to suit the logistics of the sites and works being undertaken in the surrounding area.

The duration of the contract is 2.5 years (including 8 months for PCSA and 18 months for construction followed by 12 months for defect period)
