Provision of Elasticstack training

The requirement is specifically to provide DVLA IT staff with high quality training on utilising the Elastic Stack.

DVLA IT Services (ITS) use the Elastic Stack for logging, monitoring and raising of alerts for the support and maintenance of all services being transformed into the strategic cloud environments. The current implementation of the components in this stack requires review and further design and implementation work to ensure that it is capable of efficiently and accurately managing the services which are being transformed.
