Support and Maintenance for IDOX Uniform System

Description

The Isle of Wight Council owns/has purchased previously the IDOX Uniform system. This contract is for the support and maintenance only for the system we already have in place. IDOX do not allow third parties to offer support and maintenance for this system. The Council's intention is to direct award to IDOX for this provision under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM3821 Data and Applications Solutions (DAS) where our requirement is intrinsically linked to a system already within our organisation (IWC). The Isle of Wight Council issued a VEAT notice on 13/10/22 (2022/S 000-028877) and observed a 10-day standstill period which ended at midnight on 24th October 2022. The whole potential duration of the contract is 7 years (30/10/2029) but the initial term is 5 years (30/10/2027). The total value stated is for the 7-year potential period.
