Mechanical Services Maintenance of Plant & Equipment

Description

Jubilee 2 (J2) is located in Brunswick Street Newcastle-under-Lyme. The centre has now been open for 3 years with the current contract for the mechanical service and maintenance expiring in 2015. You are invited to submit a Tender for the general maintenance of the mechanical plant equipment and systems based upon four visits per annum at quarterly intervals. The contract is intended to run from December 2015 for an initial 2 year period with a possible extension of a further year, subject to satisfactory delivery of the initial contract period.
