Mechanical and Electrical Services Maintenance of Plant & Equipment

Description

Description of the goods or services required: Jubilee 2 (J2) is located in Brunswick Street Newcastle-under-Lyme. The centre's current contract for the mechanical service and maintenance expires in June 2022. You are invited to submit a Tender for the general maintenance of the mechanical plant equipment and systems based upon four visits per annum at quarterly intervals. The contract is intended to run from July 2022 for an initial 2 year period with a possible extension of a further year, subject to satisfactory delivery of the initial contract period.
