LSTOM: Due Diligence to support Blueprint Ratification

This case is for a piece of work to refresh the work already undertaken by Deloitte as part of the Phase 1 Business case (£1.1m) - Target Operating Blueprint design to ensure that the proposal /case for change still stacks up and that the refreshed FY22 legal data supports this. Support due diligence to be undertaken on the LSTOM blueprint is required prior to NHSE Exec ratification .
