Financial Audit Frameworks 2019 Bundle 2 North of England

Delivery of the following audits on a contracted-out basis for the 2019-20 and 2020-21 audit cycles:

- NHS Blood and Transport - British Library - Social Work England - Office for Standards in Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted) - Office for Nuclear Regulation - Defence Electronics and Components Agency For each audit cycle, and for each of the accounts the following outputs are required: • Audit Planning Report; • ISA compliant audit; • Shadow audit certificate; • Audit Completion Report and Management Letter; and • Attendance at audit committees.

Client-facing documents and shadow audit certificates should be prepared using the relevant NAO standard template, which the NAO contact will provide, unless otherwise agreed with the NAO.
