CPCA - Bus Reform Strategic Advice ITP

Description

To provide Consultancy support in accordance with the non-exhaustive list below\r • Data collection, aggregation and review as required to support \r o the BSIP project \r o the Bus Reform work stream (EP & Franchising).\r • Work with the CPCA in developing a new demand model for public transport in the CPCA area in conjunction with supporting the current demand modelling as GIS maps\r • Development of a new bus network masterplan\r • Preparation of full Green Book Business Case for Bus Reform, and support in the Audit stage\r • Facilitate the required public consultancy (as detailed in the above masterplan including organising events, materials and attendance and then feedback review as instructed by the CPCA\r • Support for reconciling feedback and preparing comparison of outcomes, for Mayoral decision.
