Void Clear and Clean Services

Vico Homes Ltd is looking for one contractor able to meet the requirements for Void Clear and Clean Services who can work across the whole of the Wakefield district and wider operating area.

The initial contract period will be for 36 months, with two further extension(s) possible each of 12 months duration, therefore a maximum contract period of 60 months is possible.

This contract was awarded following a mini-competition under the EEM0071 - Vacant Property Management Framework established by EFFICIENCY EAST MIDLANDS LIMITED.
