Provision of EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) & DEC (Display Energy Certificate) Surveys & Reports

It is the Council's intention to award a contract to produce both Energy Performance Certificates (EPC'S) and Display Energy Certificates (DEC'S) along with Air-Conditioning Inspections Report (ACIR) to a single service provider in the Winter of 2022. During the contract period all EPC's, DEC's ACIR's and AR'S provided to the London Borough of Hillingdon by the successful supplier must comply on the date of issue with the UK and EU legislation in force at the time governing the provision of EPC's, DEC's ACIR's and AR (Advisory Report)' taking into consideration Health and Safety Regulations:
