ESSC - DE - Display Energy Certificates (DEC) with amendments

Appointment of a contractor under the Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Consultancy Services Framework Agreement (reference 343_24) Energy Performance of Buildings Services Framework Agreement for the provision of Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports.

The scope of services will be procured under the following framework lot:

Lot 3 - Provision of Display Energy Certificates (DECs)

Provision of DECs to East Sussex County Council Corporate Sites listed under Schedule 1 of DEC specification. East Sussex County Council will offer their schools and academies the opportunity to use the contracted supplier, Schedule 2 of DEC specification.

This procurement supports the Council's commitment to sustainability, regulatory compliance, and energy performance improvement across its estate.
