Payroll Services

Our previous Call-Off Payroll contract commenced 1 April 2013 and ran for 7 years i.e. up until 31 March 2020.

Contract was let under Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework – Payroll, Human Resources and Finance (PHRF) – RM887. Logica (who subsequently became CGI) were awarded the framework agreement in November 2011. CGI were the sole Supplier. CCS framework expired November 2015 without a replacement framework agreement in place. Therefore, CGI offered existing Customers a new contract for 7 years completed by 1 December 2015 honouring the previous framework agreement terms.

This framework agreement is aimed at meeting the needs of public sector organisations for payroll, human resources and finance related services, offering a range of support all the way up to fully outsourced service provision. There are no lots and the services are divided into the 3 service areas of payroll, human resources and finance.

We are currently contracted for payroll services only. Payroll processing is available as a Fully Managed, Semi Managed or Bureau service. We are currently contracted for a Fully Managed service. Different software options are available under the framework agreement for payroll processing, we are currently contracted for the ePayfact platform. Contract costs include Payroll Processing and Day Rates for Consultancy.
