Further Competition (PAGABO) - Grounds Remediation works Sheerhatch Primary School - AWARD

Description

The Bedford Borough Council (the authority) invites tenders for Grounds Remediation at Sheerhatch Primary School for a contract term of 7 weeks (3 weeks mobilisation, 4 weeks completion) with no option to extend. The Council intends to enter into a contractual arrangement with the successful bidder in accordance with the Specification documents and the Requirements set out in the contract document of this ITT. This project relates to the controlled removal of asbestos contaminated land and soil remediations works at the Sheerhatch Primary School playing field site. The site is an area of made up ground where the presence of asbestos has been found and it is suspected that this asbestos originated from the demolition of redundant building as well as fly tipping.
