2015 - 317 Manor Farm Estate Regeneration - AWARD

The Manor Farm regeneration scheme includes, but is not limited to:

External Wall Insulation to approx 292 properties Replacement windows, doors and canopies to 292 properties The full replacement of up to 40 flat roof coverings Estate wide hard and soft landscape remodelling including road layouts, communal garden/forecourt redesigns, car parking, shrub beds and tree planting. New front and rear timber boundary fencing/gates to up to 355 properties Electrical works including lighting, extractor fans and consumer unit upgrades
