Home Group is seeking an experienced and qualified residential construction contractor for this flagship housing development in Cumbria. The Works comprise the Design and Construction of 48Nr Houses and 14Nr Bungalows together with the Design and Construction of the Site Infrastructure including all associated substructures, external works bulk excavation, retaining walls, drainage, attenuation, service mains, diversions, off-site works, electrical sub-station, pumping station, play area etc. It is intended that these works will be carried out concurrently to the adjacent Phase 1 works, until such times as the Phase 1 works are completed. The successful bidder will combine both residential construction skills and experience of building for affordable rent and for outright sales at scale within this region or similar.
