Electrical Testing and Remedial Works 2017-2027 - AWARD

Description

This Tender is for the provision of Electrical Testing, Inspection and Testing of Lateral Services and Remedial Works in occupied and unoccupied residential property units and communal areas of housing estates managed by London and Quadrant Housing Trust on a five (5) year rolling programme including The electrical testing including testing of all fixed electrical equipment within the property, visual inspection of all associated lateral (including thermal imaging and reports) and rising mains in accordance with the requirements of BS7671 (as amended). The assessment of all relevant items scheduled within the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on a five (5) year cycle for every property and the completion of an EICR. The rectification of faults which deem the installation to be dangerous or potentially dangerous in accordance with the parameters set within this Specification.
