The contract covers the testing, inspection, maintenance, and associated works required to keep emergency lighting systems compliant and fully operational across thousands of residential buildings. Delivery of emergency lighting services across 4 geographical Lots:
East London South London West London North West England
Each Lot includes:
Regular statutory testing Reactive repairs Compliance reporting Quoted works where upgrades or replacements are needed
Properties include general needs housing, blocks, sheltered schemes, communal areas, and similar L&Q-owned or managed buildings.
