Description
L&Q are seeking to engage an external Stock Condition Surveyor to complete a proportion of the annual stock condition survey programme. The exact number of surveys is still to be agreed but it will be a guaranteed minimum of 7,000 up to a potential maximum of 13,200 and as such we require a price per survey based on delivering the required number of surveys within the financial year.
