Stock Condition Surveys

Description

L&Q are seeking to engage an external Stock Condition Surveyor to complete a proportion of the annual stock condition survey programme. The exact number of surveys is still to be agreed but it will be a guaranteed minimum of 7,000 up to a potential maximum of 13,200 and as such we require a price per survey based on delivering the required number of surveys within the financial year. This survey programme will include the inspection of properties and collection of data to enable the production of forward forecast costs in relation to both Planned Maintenance and Catch-Up Repairs. Additionally, reporting on failure levels against the current Decent Homes Standard and provision of data detailing the energy efficiency of surveyed properties.
