Work description
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Shadow Game Assessment (SGA).
SGA is a process in the Fourth National Lottery licence competition to assess the acceptability and hence licensability of games proposed by Applicants.
The Gambling Commission now wishes to procure specialist expertise to support the process.
The requirement will be to deploy expertise in the areas of:
• The Fourth National Lottery Section 5 Licence. • The framework for Section 6 Games licensing for the fourth National Lottery. • The Fourth National Lottery Competition process. • SGA objectives. • The SGA process.
This expertise will also be used to train and support Assessors who will be recruited to deliver SGA. Key assignment services are: • Deliver training to SGA participants. • Timely and efficient support to Assessors as required, including addressing questions about process or requirements. • Provision of technical insight to assist Assessors to understand Applicant input and questions during Moderation sessions. • Provide technical insight to Assessors during independent risk assessment and feedback drafting stages • Provide technical support to the Moderator in Oversight Group sessions.
The consultants will be required to provide support to the Customer during the competition phases, providing responses to clarification questions on games.
