The supplier will be required to fully deliver the following key high-level requirements: •Contact Centre Users will be migrated to Service Cloud Voice from Lightning •All current processes will continue to function with no degradation •There will be no negative impact to any internal, external, upstream or downstream systems / processes •Pilot to be built, productionised, and rolled out to users if successful
