London Wall Car Park - Refurbishment

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of the refurbishment and replacement of life safety systems in London Wall Car Park. An underground car park with dated sprinkler, ventilation and electrical systems. The works will consist of replacement to smoke ventilation and general ventilation plant, replacement of fire alarm and sprinkler systems, replacement of emergency and general lighting, replacement of standby diesel generator and all BMS and controls associated with the items aforementioned. No structural alterations other than openings and fixings to existing structure will be part of the works.
