To complete series of multistage business cases for the 5 phases of development of the University of Peterborough, leading to a full Programme Business case. Phases 1, 3 and 5 will cover University set up and expansion. 2 will cover an innovation incubator facility and phase 4 a future research institute and R and D programme. \r Deliverables / Milestones - \r - Workshops to develop case and rationale\r - Develop project delivery approach with Peterborough City Council\r - Quality assure alignment between different phases (including content for Phase 3). \r - Full Programme Business Case
